4. Outreach Program of Socmat

I woke up early(7am...hahaha..that's still early for me) for our outreach in Socmat at Canucutan Pasonanca. [It was raining. My shoes were full of mud..sheesh!] We went to Canucutan to spend time with the kids. We had a short program for them. We also had a couple of (unprepared) games. We are not that ready. The planned program for the outreach was not followed. there was no electricity in the area so there was no intermission. The doxology became a simple prayer. Despite the not-so-good things that had happened, I still enjoyed mingling with the kids (they were so cute) even though I cannot talk with them (the kids there can't speak in tagalog; they speak in chavacano- unfortunately I can't speak in chavacano so I just let Lourdes translate all that I want to tell them).

After the outreach, we (Lourdes, Tiny, Alyanna And Kristal) went to Mindpro to buy our gift for Toni. After buying the gift, we went straight to Tonyang's house. We ate our lunch there and we also had our practice for the chacha.
